            Morph.ai platform provides multiple ways for you to bring the user to the bot- Facebook ads, Email/SMS campaigns or Google ads. Based on the source, the platform provides you multiple widgets for attracting new customers and communicating with your existing audience on the bot

            Facebook Messenger

            Facebook Ads - You can connect your Facebook Ads with the bot using an Ad JSON and send an opt-in message to every user who clicks on your Facebook ad.


            Referral Link -  Referral link is a direct link to the bot and can be integrated with your Google ads and shared in Email/SMS campaigns to direct users on the bot. Any user clicking on the referral links will be redirected to the bot. 



            Website Chat - Users can start chatting with brand on the brand’s website. Users can interact with the bot using their Facebook login.



            ButtonsSame as Link Click. Brand can place these on their website



            WhatsApp Messenger

            Direct - User can create a new contact for brand’s WhatsApp phone number and start chatting with it



            Link Click - User can click on WhatsApp links and they will be redirected to WhatsApp. If they have WhatsApp application already installed, then they will be redirected to the application. Brand can send this link via SMS or Email.



            Button Click - Same as Link Click. Brand can place these on their website 

            Website Chat - Users can start chatting with brand on the brand’s website. When they send the first message, they will be redirected to WhatsApp just like Link Click.



            Opt In - Brand can show opt-in widget on website.



            Morph Messenger

            Website Chat The website bot can be a simple website chat where users can interact directly with the bot.




            Hybrid chat - Morph.ai also provides a unique widget option for a Hybrid Chat.It is a combination of both Facebook/WhatsApp powered chat and simple livechat. For the users who are logged-into their FB Messenger account or WhatsApp messenger, the widget acts as a Facebook/WhatsApp chat, and for all other users it behaves as a simple live chat.
