            Introducing MARK - the Smart Chat-Marketing Assistant

            MARK is first of its kind, AI powered chat-marketing assistant. MARK was created with a vision to extract the true power of chat as a channel. Unlike most other marketing channels, chat is much more personal in nature.

            Imagine, you are personally chatting with a few dozen potential customers to convert them. Your attempt would be to reach out your prospect when he would be free to talk to you. Your message language would be configured to suit the reader.             Facebook Page Permissions: (Scenario 1)

            As per Facebook’s documentations, Morph.ai would not specifically require Admin access, but we would require the following three permissions from the facebook page owner:


            1. Manage brand’s Page Permission:

            This enables us to get the other two permissions (mentioned below) to send and receive messages using a Facebook Page.
            This permission is required to enable your app to retrieve Page Access Tokens for the Pages that the person administrates. Page Access Token is an opaque string that identifies a page.

            We need both manage_pages and publish_pages to be able to publish as a Page i.e. send a message via Messenger chat through the page.

            1. Send messages from Page, the brand manages at any time after the first user interaction

            All these permissions could be given for only the particular page rather than on all pages.

            CRM data integrations: (Scenario 1)

            Prospect data be passed on to the outbound calling team by the following two methods

            1. CRM integration with the Morph platform through APIs integration.

            2. Customer data can easily be exported by the brand through the Morph platform.


            Remarketing users: (Scenario 1)

            One of the major aspects of Morph.ai’s Chat Marketing Solution which makes us the market leaders is the ability of our system to follow-up with the users who leave the conversations without giving out the required of information.

            Morph.ai uses MARK as a machine learning engine to decide upon the best time to send out a follow up message to the user, when their open rates are highest as per their past activities.

            Scenario 2 : Facebook Messenger chat on brand’s website or landing page

            • Chat will be hosted on brand’s landing page or official website

            • Facebook powered chat plugin will be integrated on the page

            • User lands on chat through digital ads, SMS, email campaigns

            Facebook Page Permissions: (Scenario 2)

            Same as Scenario 1

            Facebook Powered chat Plugin: (Scenario 2)

            Facebook powered chat plugin helps us to follow-up and trace the user based on his Facebook ID. It also creates brings in some authenticity to the data provided by the user.


            When the user comes back to the chat, he can continue it from the same point he had left earlier.

            An small script of code needs to be integrated to deploy Facebook messenger plugin on the brand’s landing page or website.


            You can have different conversation flows on different landing pages, depending upon your requirements. Code will not be capturing any data from the Brand pages.
